Administrative Access for Support and Operations

Authorized Lumiere HQ personnel (such as administrators and support staff) may access your account information and wedding data — including your profile, intake answers, guest list, vendors, budget, tasks, timeline, seating, playlist, registry, inspiration items, subscription and billing status, assistant usage, feature usage, bug reports, legal acceptances, and privacy request history — for purposes such as providing customer support, troubleshooting issues you report, investigating suspected abuse or security incidents, preventing fraud, and maintaining the Service.

This access is limited to personnel with a legitimate business need, is read-only for routine support diagnostics, and is recorded in an internal audit log that captures which administrator viewed which account and when. We do not sell this information and do not use it for advertising.

If you opt in, we may also send planning tips, product updates, offers, or marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and support legitimate business purposes.

If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information subject to legal, security, backup, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and legitimate business retention needs.
